<description>Timing is not critical? To my experience timing is very important on Twitter at least. Its real time marketing channel where tweets of followed people are seen on a limited timeline and space. If I want to get more responses from international followers I need to tweet at 2am - 6am. Tweeting outside that, gives less responses. Thats because not all followers are active to visit our own timeline, but they still follow their own collected friends timeline or lists timelines nowadays.
